Dr. Norman Mukasa has been instrumental in supporting and working with the NEMRA Exec to
draft, present and discuss key documents for collaborative partnerships with local and
international institutions. He is also part of the NEMRA Board of Directors’ team that attends
negotiation meetings with potential collaborators.
