Olive is an educationist who has served as a Head teacher at Royal College School-Namugongo, Careers teacher & Director of Studies at St Peters’ SS Naalya and Inspector of Schools – Bushenyi District Local Government.

She also runs a private consultancy as a CEO – Nurture Path Consultancy that specializes in Capacity building and youth empowerment.

She holds a B.A.Education (Hons) degree of Makerere University and a Masters in
institutional leadership and management (MIML) from Uganda Management Institute. She has attended several trainings in the fields of Education, Research
and Management.

She has strong leadership skills with attention to communication, intellectual
stimulation and coordination. She is interested in social science research.
