Peter is Human Resource Professional and Honorary Research Fellow with Lal Innovation and professional Service Research Foundation and working as Assistant Research projects and Publications NEMRA.

He is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Kenya (IHRM), Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda and a member of the Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda under registration number; ICGU/ 697/ 2016. Peter is currently working as the Co-Trainer of Human Resource management Uganda Christian University Mukono and MBA teaching consultant with ISBAT university.

Peter holds Bachelor of Arts Philosophy, psychology from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa Nairobi Kenya, Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA, Management) from Uganda Martyrs University, Post Graduate Diploma in Human
Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute, Kampala. Peter has also acquired a training certificate in Employees Assistance Program (EAP Program), certified Professional Business Coach, certified Psychometric Assessment Specialist (CPAS) course and certified Key performance indicator specialist (CKPIS) and PhD candidate in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource management from European International University Paris.
